Measure for Measure is a play written by Shakespeare about a Duke that dresses up like a monk to spy on his court. This poster created for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival illustrates the Duke during this transformation. The poster was hand silk-screened using soy based inks on thick paperstock.
Chillingworth is the Los Angeles area folk/rock project of Buddy Chillingworth. This identity was created based on his signature and applied to a limited edition CD and website. The CD packaging was entirely created with post-consumer materials and each CD was hand-silkscreened using soy-based ink. The website is built using Wordpress and acts as a journal documenting the life of the artist.
This invitation to an engagement party was emailed to the friends and family of the bride and groom. The initial html email then directed the viewer to the couple's website with a description of the event and an RSVP form.
RMS is a multi-disciplined studio located in Pasadena, Ca. This website was created in collaboration with their in-house designers. A series of icons were developed to represent each aspect of the company and direct the viewer to the appropriate gallery showcasing the studio's work. The website was coded with Flash and the galleries are powered by XML.
Zane Grey was a turn of the century author that told idealized stories of the West. The Last Trail centers around the character Jonathon Zane and follows a series of letters that he receieved from his love interest. The book cover features a pen and ink illustration of Zane and wood block type. Excerpts from the letters in the book are shown in the smoke coming from Zane's cigarette.
